Recently an event organizer asked us about using QR Codes for a corporate event. They had a long list of invitees and also wanted the capability to send out those last minute invitations. We all organize events occasionally and know what a hassle they can be. So we wanted to share this overview of how Qryptal can take away a lot of pain out of organizing events.
1. Sending QR Code event invitations: Bulk and last minute ad-hoc ones
2. At the event: Just scan the invitation code right off the phone or printout to record attendance
3. Live reports to keep everyone in Sync: Events are organized by teams. Keeping everyone in the loop is such a chore. With online real time reports, this is easy!
So if you have an upcoming event, contact us to give this a try.
