First, get the Clik app, then point your browser, any browser on any device to ClikThis.com. A large QR Code is randomly produced. Using the Clik app on your Android or iPhone, scan the QR Code to sync the devices. The Clik app instantly sync and gains control of the browser and turns into an incredibly fast “remote control.”
This is a good use case of quickly establishing 'secure' connections between mobile devices and a service. Similarly mobile Apps can use QR Codes to establish connection with other users of the App (eg. Line App: http://littleboxofdesign.com/?p=453).
Another similar use case is Google Authenticator using QR Codes to load secret key for 2 factor authentication (http://goo.gl/by484)
All these use cases generally have significant amount of 'random' text in QR Codes - so instead of using QR Codes and typing it out is inconvenient.
